Food for Thought

A good diet and exercise won't just make you fit, it willl make you beautiful. In fact, it's the one sure-fire way to get results! Vitamins are an essential part of any beauty routine:


  • Vitamin A: helps grow new skin cells; found in eggs and dairy
  • Vitamin B : promotes exfoliation; found in vegetables
  • Vitamin C: component of collagen, which gives skin elasticity; found in citrus fruits, berries, peppers
  • Vitamin D: develops new skin cells; found in eggs and dairy
  • Vitamin E: helps build new skin tissue; found in whole grains
  • Fat (yes, it can actually be good!): gives you shiny hair; found in olive oil and avocado

You really can be beautiful on the inside and out, assuming you eat all your fruits, vegetables, and whole grains! So, grab some greens and go get gorgeous!
